Meatballs

Meatballs I love making meatballs because using them in meals is endless, you can make meatball subs, spaghetti and meatballs, meatballs in a creamy mushroom sauce, in stews, for breakfast with eggs etc…. You can freeze them put them in Ziploc bags and have them ready for when ever you need them. ——ingredients—— -3 pounds of ground beef -1 egg -1 large onion grated -5 cloves of garlic -1 cup of chopped parsley -1 cup of parmesan cheese -1 cup of plane or Italian style breadcrumbs -4 tablespoons of milk -1 teaspoon black pepper -1 tablespoon salt -1 teaspoon paprika -1 teaspoon chili flakes or to taste -4 tablespoons of oil for searing the meatballs : ——sauce—— -1 medium size onion chopped -3 cloves of garlic -2 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes -1 teaspoon of salt or to taste -1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning -1/2 teaspoon black pepper -1/2 teaspoon chili flakes -fresh basil : :
