Instructions
Step 1
Peel carrots and cut into pieces about 1 1/2" long or with baby carrots just cut the carrots in half lengthwise. Set aside.
Step 2
Pour broth into 12" skillet and bring to boil over medium heat. Add carrots, cover skillet, cook for 5 minutes. Uncover skillet and continue to boil carrots until tender, about 8 to 9 more minutes.
Step 3
Using a slotted spoon, transfer carrots to a serving dish. Add maple syrup and stir until carrots are coated. Serve hot.
