Step 1
Drain and reserve the liquid from the chick peas
Step 2
In a blender or food processor, combine chick peas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt, and cayenne pepper
Step 3
Blend until smooth, slowly adding reserved liquid as needed until you reach the desired consistency
Step 4
Transfer to serving bowl and dress with paprika and olive oil
