Instructions
Step 1
Mix the egg, onion, peppers and bread crumbs in a bowl and sprinkle some seasoning.
Step 2
Roll the meatball mixture in golf ball sizes and place on a baking tray. Spray some of the sunflower oil
Step 3
Add seasoning to the carrots, parsnips and peppers and roast them in a another tray with the meatballs
Step 4
Cook the meatballs for 20 - 30 mins at 200 degrees Once everything is cooked, mix in with the Bolognese sauce and make sure it is warm.
For Spaghetti
Step 5
Cook the spaghetti to the packet instructions
