Instructions

Step 1
Add crushed garlic and ginger, soy sauce, honey and 1tbsp of rice wine vinegar. And marinate the salmon for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cool the rice (add the peas and spring onion at the end)
Step 3
Fry the salmon on a low heat in the marinade
