Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk the egg until fluffy. Then whisk in the yogurt, milk and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, stevia and baking powder until smooth and lump free.
Step 4
Fold in the chocolate chips then pour the batter into a prepared 7.5 by 7.5 inch baking tin.
Step 5
Bake for around 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing and enjoy!

It was the yummiest thing in made ever! But note, I ran out of Stevia so I had to add 20g of normal sugar, but i think that was the best thing to happen because to much Stevia there is a weird aftertaste at times (is that just me?) But I will definitely making them again but I will add some roasted pecans and I want to make it again but with peanut butter too! This recipe will be on repeat!
