Instructions

Step 1
Add all of the meatball ingredients together and gently combine. Wetting your hands while rolling into balls works best. Refrigerate meatballs for 30 minutes after forming. Bring the beef broth to a boil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add the vegetables and spices. Gently drop the meatballs in the soup one by one, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 30 minutes.
