Instructions
Step 1
1. The day before, marinade beef in plain yogurt, add spices.

2. In mortar, grind mustard seeds, coriander seeds, and peanuts.

3. Heat the spices in oil. Once fragrant, add curry, ginger and pepper 5-8 minutes in med hot pan.

4. Add in beef, cook.

5. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, bring to boil

6. Add more curry to taste

7. Serve over rice, zest with lime
