Instructions
Step 1
Boil Taro root in water with salt in a cooker for one or two whistles
Step 2
After cooling peel off the skin.
Step 3
Chop and air fry at 380F for 8 mins and 8 mins (16 total)
Step 4
After frying add red chilli powder and salt to coat the pieces
Step 5
In a cup put some chilli powder salt and add hot oil(very less) to make paste for side
