Instructions

Step 1
Cut the lasagne sheets into large strips. Blanch the lasagne sheets in boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes
Step 2
Layer the lasagne into some muffin trays
Step 3
Add a layer of bolognese, then cheese and fold over the top of the lasagne sheets
Step 4
Brush the top with garlic
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes @ 180*C
