Step 1
Slice halloumi into slices and cook in oven for 5 minutes or use pre-made halloumi fries
Step 2
Add two tablespoons of oil to a hot pan
Step 3
Add peppers, chilli, onions and fry for 3-4 minutes
Step 4
Add halloumi fries to the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes
Step 5
Add Chinese 5 spice, salt and pepper and coat all the ingredients
