Step 1
Mix cornflour with the garlic powder, pepper and salt.
Step 2
Add beef to the cornflour mixture and coat.
Step 3
Meanwhile, saute broccoli florets and spring onions in 1 tbsp soy sauce until al dente.
Step 4
Remove broccoli from pan, add sesame oil and fry beef until cooked.
Step 5
Remove beef from pan and fry garlic and ginger paste for 1 minute.
Step 6
Add cornflour, soy sauce and oyster sauce
Step 7
Add beef, vegetables and cooked ramen noodles and simmer for 2 minutes.
