Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cut stems of broccoli into 1/4” medallions and then cut the florets into bite sized pieces.
Step 3
Place in a bowl. Sprinkle with a bit of water (if needed) and then season with salt and seasoning of choice.
Step 4
Prep two baking sheets with cooking spray. Divide broccoli evenly between sheets and spread out.
Step 5
Bake for 15 mins. Flip broccoli and rotate sheets to opposite rack.
Step 6
Bake for another 15 mins or until soft and well browned.
