Instructions

Step 1
Add chicken thighs and 3/4 bottle orange sauce to instant pot and turn thighs to coat evenly. Cook for 25 minutes if chicken is raw, 40 minutes if chicken is frozen.
Step 2
Cook rice in rice maker (or on stove per instructions on bag)
Step 3
Cut Cabbage into thick shreds and lightly steam on stove until tender, but not wilted.
Step 4
Pack boxes with 1 chicken thigh on a bed of rice with a generous serving of Cabbage. Pour a little of the reserved orange sauce over the top of the chicken.
