Instructions
Step 1
Place chicken thighs in a casserole dish for 12 mins, flipping half way
Step 2
Remove the chicken and turn heat to medium low and add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant
Step 3
And the uncooked rice and stir for 1 min
Step 4
Add the soy sauce and chicken stock and stir. Place chicken thighs on top of the rice and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 40 mins. Remove from heat and serve with stir fry veg.
