Instructions
Step 1
Slice beef tenderloin into thin slices; marinate it with potato starch, cooking wine and Pi Xian bean paste. Then slice some fermented chili, fresh red chili, garlic, and celery stem.
Step 2
Heat up some olive oil in the pan, stir fry sliced beef tenderloin till it's about 80% cooked, take it out in a bowl. Leave some cooking oil in the pan ,further put garlic, fermented chili , red chili and in the pan to stir fry (on high) for 30 seconds. Mix and stir fry with the pre-cooked beef slices for another minute.
Step 3
Finally, put sliced celery in the beef to mix for another 30 seconds, then finish up with a few pinches of chicken powder. It’s ready to serve.
