1 stalkbroccoli
cut into florets
cashew nuts
3 clovesgarlic
chopped
1 Tbspchinese rice wine
¼ tspsalt
Marinade for Chicken
Instructions
Step 1
Blanch broccoli in boiling water with salt and oil for 1 minute.
Step 2
Pan fry the chicken and set aside.
Step 3
Use the balance oil, add garlic and broccoli and fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add Chinese rice wine, chicken, salt and cashew nuts.
