Fresh noodles with cashew chicken

You cook chicken with the flavor of cashew nuts quickly and easily together with fine vegetables such as mushrooms, peppers and yellow onions. Stir everything into a good sauce together with the oyster sauce and soy and serve the chicken sauce with noodles.

Instructions

Step 1
Slice the chicken. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Split, core and shred the pepper. Peel and slice the onion. Peel and grate the garlic.
Step 2
Fry chicken, vegetables and cashew nuts in the oil, in batches, in a frying pan.
Step 3
Put everything back in the frying pan and stir in soy, oyster sauce and water. Cook slowly for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Step 5
Serve the chicken with the noodles.
