1chicken breast
cut into strips
2 Tbspncorn flour
1 Tbspnspice mix
1 headbroccoli
cut into florets
almonds
0.5red onion
diced
dried cranberries
or raisins
1 Tblsfresh dill
chopped
1 Tblslemon rind
grated
Dressing:
Instructions
Step 1
Put some corn flour in a bowl with your selection of spices. Dunk your chicken strips into the mix, until evenly coated.
Step 2
Pan fry until golden brown in a little coconut oil.
Step 3
Lightly blanch or steam the broccoli.
Step 4
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over dressing.
