Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mash bananas in a mixing bowl, add melted butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla. Whisk well to combine.

Step 3
Add sifted flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Stir until just mixed — don’t overmix.

Step 4
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour batter in and top with extra chocolate chips or walnuts, as desired.
