Fried Rice is a delicious, hearty dish that most of us love, however the dish typically being packed with unhealthy oils and absurd sodium levels make it one of the most unhealthy dishes to indulge in. This recipe was created by me just randomly throwing ingredients into a pan and I highly encourage you all to bring out your inner cook and do so to. Try changing the spices or swapping the chicken with shrimp or beef. The choice is always yours!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Dice onion, pepper, chili, ginger and garlic with a sharp knife (mince the garlic, ginger and chili extra fine) 2. Sear chicken breasts in 1 tbsp olive oil until fully cooked and crisp. (Set Aside) 3. Sweat vegetables in nonstick pan over high heat until just beginning to caramelize (20 min) Note: Always remember to stir often to prevent burning Add cauliflower rice and real rice on veggies
