Milk, yogurt, and sweetener can be substituted or adjusted according to preference, of course. I prefer plain non fat Greek yogurt with the optional agave syrup, but I have made it with vanilla yogurt and it was also good.
I like to freeze my yogurt in 43 gram portions for smoothies, especially ones like this that don’t have a ton of frozen fruit. Definitely a thinner smoothie, but very cold and delicious!
