Instructions

Step 1
Mash 3 very ripe bananas until it forms a smooth paste
Step 2
Add in rest of the ingredients and whisk until fully combined
Step 3
Place some baking paper in a bread tin or a small rectangular oven proof dish
Step 4
Bake for 45mins at 180°C. Stick a knife through the middle and if it comes out clean, cake is ready
Step 5
Enjoy it warm on its own, with tea, icecream or custard
