Instructions
Step 1
Wash the bok choy. Or qing bai, as my land calls it.
Step 2
To prep the sauce, heat a pan with olive oil, add minced garlic. Once its gotten going, add the sauces along with roughly 1/3 cup of water. Mix it up.
Step 3
Add the vegetables. If no space for all the veggies, cook a bit first, and then portion out the cooked veggies to make space for the uncooked ones.
Step 4
Once its all stirred and fried, serve that shit up. Add scallions if you like.
