Instructions
Make the glaze
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°c.
Step 2
Mix meats and remaining meatloaf ingredients
Step 3
Shape into loaves and cook in a moderate oven for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Combine all glaze ingredients and bring to the boil on the stove top in a saucepan.
Step 5
Turn the heat down and heat until it starts to thicken, stir occasionally.
Step 6
Set aside.
Step 7
Pour Glaze over the loaves and bake for a further 15 minutes.
Step 8
Baste occasionally.
