Instructions
Step 1
Wash your chicken breast with vinegar and lime. And add all your seasonings. You will cook in heated oil for 6-7 minutes on each side ( cook until golden and cooked through)
Step 2
In large skillet add about 1-2 tsp of olive oil and stir in your minced garlic/ onion mixture. Add in your sliced bella mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes
Step 3
Stir in your heavy cream, cherry tomatoes and spinach. Make sure to taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Don’t forget to add lots of Parmesan!
Step 4
Reduce heat to low and simmer your sauce. Return your chicken to the skillet and cook for a another 4-6 minutes
Step 5
Serve with oven roasted potatoes and asparagus 🤎
