Instructions
Step 1
Combine 4 cups of water with dashi and bring to a boil
Step 2
Once boiling add mushroom and lower the temperature. Then strain the miso paste through a mesh strainer (dont boil miso because that can make it lose its flavour)
Step 3
Add in tofu, wakame, and green onions and enjoy
