2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbsphoney
1 tspsesame oil
1 slicecrystallized ginger

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until emulsified.
Crunchy topping

Crunch up 1 package of ramen noodles. Combine with desired amount of almond slivers and sesame seeds. (I used about a tablespoon of sesame seeds and 1/4 cup almond slivers per package of ramen noodle but you can add as much or as little as you want) Coat with a neutral oil and toast in a pan until lightly browned.

Coat salmon with a neutral oil, season to your liking, and air fry at 400F until it reaches 145F internally. I check after 7 minutes, and then every few minutes or so. Times vary by oven and size of salmon filet.
To make the salad
Step 4
Chop up up the cucumber and peppers. On a plate add a layer of salad greens, then the cucumber + peppers, sprinkle on some crunchy topping, drizzle on desired amount of dressing, top with salmon + enjoy!!
