Instructions

Step 1
on medium heat, heat sesame oil with carrots and kimchi for about 5 mins
Step 2
add in meat, stir fry for 1-2 mins
Step 3
add salt and pepper to taste
Step 4
add cooked rice, kimchi brine and gochujang, continue cooking until meat is cooked
Step 5
top off with cooked egg and enjoy!
