Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Brown meat in large skillet
Step 3
Mix egg, 1.25 cups mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and oregano until well blended. Set aside.
Step 4
Drain meat and return to skillet.
Step 5
Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Step 6
Add water to spaghetti sauce jar and shake well.
Step 7
Add to meat mixture and stir until well blended.
Step 8
Spread 1 cup of the sauce onto bottom of a 13x9 container.
Step 9
Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top of sauce.
Step 10
Top with 1/3 of the cheese mixture.
Step 11
Repeat two more times.
Step 12
Top with remaining 3 noodles and meat sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Step 13
Cover with greased foil.
Step 14
Bake 45 mins.
Step 15
Remove foil and bake another 15 mins.
Step 16
Let stand 15 mins before serving.
