1 lblean ground hamburger
1 cupchopped onion
2cloves garlic

0.5green bell pepper
diced
16 ozcan tomatoes
undrained
1 cupwater
3 Tbspchili powder
or to taste
½ tspcrushed red pepper
2 Tbspmolasses
1 tsptabasco
1 tspinstant coffee
1 tspcocoa powder
worcestershire
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 tsppaprika
1 tsporegano
1 tspcumin
2 cansbeans
kidney or pinto
Instructions
Step 1
cook beef. add onion, peppers, garlic. cook until tender. drain fat from pan.
Step 2
mix in spices. add tomato and water. summer uncovered 45 min or until thickened. stir in beans of choice (kidney or pinto). heat through.
Step 3
serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped onion, green pepper, tomato, olives, cooked rice/cornbread/corn chips.
