Step 1
Heat oven to 400° F
Step 2
Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3
In a frying pan, add seeds in a single layer and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until they look golden, 1-2 minutes. Remove from pan to cool.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix coriander, cayenne pepper, celery seed, minced onion, cumin, cinnamon, sesame oil and seeds.
Step 5
Rub spices on tenderloin and bake about 15 minutes until no longer pink and cooked through.
