Meat pies (Kada goshti) These meat pies are so delicious, and so easy to make, I used Rhodes dinner rolls instead of making the dough from scratch. I love having those dinner rolls in my freezer at all times, you can find them in the freezer section at walmart. They are versatile you can use them for savory or Sweet dishes. Instructions

Step 1
1. Put the dinner rolls in a large plate, Make sure they are not touching, Spray some avocado cooking spray on top, cover them with plastic wrap, then with a kitchen towel and let them thaw out for about a couple hours or until they double in size.

2. While the dinner rolls are thawing make the meat filling. In a bowl mix together the ground beef, onion, tomato, garlic, parsley, all the seasonings, the pomegranate molasses and the tomato paste and mix everything together really well and set it aside.

3. Preheat your oven to 375° start rolling out the dough one at a time into an oval. I placed a heaping tablespoon of the filling in the middle of the rolled out dough and I spread it evenly. Now fold the edges of the dough over the filling and then pinch or twist the ends to form a boat.

4. Brush the outer dough with an egg then into the oven they go at 375° for about 20 minutes or until golden and enjoy
