Ingredients

2 cupslow sodium chicken broth

1 lbitalian sausage

16 ozcheese tortellini

16 ozcorn

16 ozcarrots
chopped

8 ozcrushed tomatoes

2 tablespoonsfresh basil

2 tablespoonsfresh thyme

2 tablespoonsdried oregano

½ cupcream

½ cupparmesan cheese

0.5yellow onion

2cloves garlic

1 tablespoonsmoked paprika

red pepper flakes
to taste

salt

1 cupdry white wine
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a dutch oven or large pot to medium-high heat. Brown off the italian sausage. Remove once cooked.
Step 2
Add onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until translucent. Then add wine and reduce by 50%.
Step 3
Add chicken broth, cream, and crushed tomatoes, all herbs and seasonings. Bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Once simmering, add tortellini, sausage, and parmesan cheese. Cook until tortellini is ready and serve.
