Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs, salt, and sugar together very well

Add 100ml of preheated/warm milk, and mix everything one more time

Add flour, and baking soda and mix everything one more time, to the same consistency

Slowly add the rest of the milk while mixing very well

Add oil and mix one last time, and let the batter to stay for 10-15 min

Step 6
Cover the pan with a very small amount of oil, and heat it up very very well (oil is only added at the start, do not add any more oil throughout the cooking)

Cover the bottom with the very think layer of batter and fry it on medium heat until brownish/golden colour swap the side and do the same
Step 8
First pancake will always be a-bit off keep pouring thin layers, and next pancakes will get better
