Step 1
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with Pam. Preheat oven at 450°. Cut zucchini into thin slices and toss in 2 tsp olive oil, salt & pepper. Lay on sheet, sprinkle with 1/4 tsp paprika and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. Bake for about 25 min. Watch them so they won't burn.
