Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion and cumin in some oil till it turns golden
Step 2
add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute
Step 3
Add tomatoes, green chillies and all masalas (salt, chilli flakes, cumin, coriander, and pomegranate powder along with chaat masala)
Step 4
cook for few mins until oil comes up
Step 5
Add potatoes and 0.5 glass water and cover and cook on low heat for 10/15mins until potatoes are ready
Step 6
Add some oil to side of the pan and pour in the whisked eggs
Step 7
Mix on high heat for 5mins until eggs are cooked through
Step 8
Add handful coriander and garam masala and cover and cook on low heat for couple mins
