Instructions

Step 1
First take the sausages out there casing and add into a pan.
Step 2
Break up the sausages with wooden spoon while frying it off
Step 3
Once nearly cooked cube up the red onion and carrot and add it in with the sausage meat.
Step 4
After a few minutes add in the soy sauce and chicken broth and bring to simmer.
Step 5
Add dry oregano and baby corn, simmer for 10/15mins.
Step 6
After 10/15mins add in the noodles and cook for a further 4 mins.
Step 7
Once noodles are cooked place into a bowl and add the chopped spring onions and sesame seads
Step 8
And enjoy 😋
