Step 1
Put your oven on to 180C and grate the cheese(if you want it cheesy, add more of the cheese)

Add water into the pot and boil until bubbly

Add pasta and cook until 10 minutes are up.

Drain the pasta and put to one side then melt some butter on low heat, and mix with a wooden spoon

Switch off the heat and add plain flour and a pinch of salt

Slowly add milk and mix until there are no bumps left

Carefully add the grated cheese

Then add the cream cheese(soft cheese) to the sauce mixture and mix until all of it is dissolved

Get the pasta and add it to a baking dish with the sauce.
