finely minced, use a garlic press

1 teaspoonfresh ginger
finely minced, or use ginger paste

⅓ cupraisins
golden or regular

½ cuptoasted cashews
or slivered almonds

3scallions

½ cupcilantro
or italian parsley, chopped

¼ cupolive oil

3 tablespoonfresh lime juice
or sub apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoonshoney
or agave or alternative sweetener

½ teaspoonsalt

pepper
to taste

½ teaspoonground turmeric
or use 1-2 teaspoons fresh grated

1 teaspoonyellow curry powder
