Instructions
Step 1
Brown chops in hot skillet, remove from skillet.
Step 2
Melt butter in same skillet, add onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in flour.
Step 3
Slowly stir in bouillon mixture stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes.*
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly.
Step 5
Place chops in liquid; bring to boil. Lower heat (medium-low) and continue cooking covered until very tender (about 1 hour or longer). Turn chops and stir scraping under them to keep sauce from sticking. Stir about every 15 minutes.
Step 6
Check to make sure skillet does not become dry. If it starts to get dry, add 1 cup water and continue cooking.
Step 7
Serve with rice drizzled with sauce.
