Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot, brown your ground beef

Add 1/2 chopped white onion

Drain grease

Season meat to your liking

Add prepared vegetables. 1 can corn (drained) 2 cans diced tomatoes (do not drain) cut up potato, carrots and green beans. Add or omit whatever vegetables you like!

Add 2-3 cups beef broth. Use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option. Some people may also add tomato juice for a thicker base.

Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes or until your vegetables are soft
