Instructions

Potatoes

Step 1
Cut potatoes into even pieces

Pour vegetable stock and turmeric into a pot and boil until the potatoes are fork tender.

Drain potatoes
Step 4
In a separate bowl, pour vegetable oil, garlic, and bay leaf and let simmer on low temp for 30 mins.

Remove garlic and put on the side for garlic dip. Remove bay leaf. Add spices to the oil.

Add potatoes to a baking tray and pour the oil and spice mixture on top.
Step 7
Put the tray in the oven on 400 Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes. Turn the potatoes halfway through roasting.

Garlic Dip

To a bowl, add mayo and yoghurt.

Squash the garlic taken from the vegetable oil and add to bowl.
