400gcanned tomatoes

fresh or dried

1 TspHarissa
or piri piri paste, who doesn’t have it, use chili flakes

1 tspagave

salt

2 Tbspolives
chopped

2 Tspcapers
chopped

250gpasta
flat, long

Instructions
Step 1
Fry sliced onion in oil until softened
Step 2
Deglaze the pan with wine and balsamic vinegar and let it simmer for 5mins.
Step 3
Stir it in canned tomatoes through salt and let simmer while cooking 250g (8 oz.) pasta Al dente.
Step 4
Stir olives and capers in just before the pasta is cooked.
Step 5
Add the pasta with some pasta water and parsley.
Step 6
Optionally serve with vegan yogurt.
