Healthy carrot cake
Notes:
- Can replace pear with apple or canned pineapple
- Can replace chickpea flour with normal flour
- Can replace yogurt with skyr, Apfelmuss or vegetable oil
- Can skip nuts and raisins, or replace by almonds
Baking:
depending on how moist the pear is, might need additional time at the oven.

1 pinchnutmeg

1 pinchginger powder

3 tspbaking powder

¼ tspsalt

¼ cuppecan

¼ cupraisins
Frosting (optional)

Mix solids
Step 2
Add liquids to solids
Step 3
Bake for 40min at 180°C
Icing
Step 4
Mix cream cheese, butter and erythritol until homogeneous.
