Instructions

Step 1
Heat burrito slightly. Add layer of cheese and 1 tostada to center of burrito. Top with rice, beans, chicken, lettuce, and tomato as well as anything else desired. Add other tostada on top and press down. Top with remaining cheese and fold edges of burrito over the stack. Heat both sides of stack on skillet till golden brown.
