Instructions
Step 1
Add the potatoes, pesto, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper to the slowcooker with 2tsp of butter
Step 2
Coat your chicken in a tsp of Cajun or paprika and pan fry for 1 min each side just to seal it
Step 3
Add the chicken on top of the potatoes, sprinkle with Parmesan and cook on high for 3 hours
Step 4
Serve up and sprinkle with more Parmesan
