Instructions

Step 1
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. . Combine flour, cornstarch, cayenne. garlic powder, onion powder, and additional salt and pepper if desired. Stir together until combined.
Step 2
Cover chops with flour/cornstarch mixture. Dip into beaten eggs and cover with bread crumbs. Repeat until all chops are coated. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat pan and add cooking oil over medium heat. Add pork chops to the pan and fry the first side for 2-3 mins u till golden brown and crispy.. Flip over and fry for 2 mins.
