Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
Step 3
Drain the sardines
Step 4
Boil the pasta in salty water till Al dente
Step 5
While the pasta is boiling fry the onion and garlic in oil to translucent
Step 6
Add the tomatoes and fish and cook for 4-5 minutes
Step 7
Add the pasta to the pan with some starchy pasta water and cook till the sauce has emulsified
Step 8
Plate up and serve optionally with parmasan and a squeeze of lemon juice
