Instructions

Step 1
In a pan melt the butter and add the flour, cooking out for a little bit. Add the milk salt and sugar bringing to a boil allowing the liquid to thicken. Add in the melted chocolate. Transfer to a bowl. Add in your egg yolks one by one mixing until fully incorporated. In a mixer whip your egg whites to stiff peaks adding in the sugar just before they get all the way there. Fold your egg whites with your batter. Butter your ramekins and add sugar. Add the batter filling the cups to the rim. Bake at 375°F for 17 minutes add powdered sugar and serve
